This is a placeholder policy while Magic BackOffice is in early access. Replace it with a reviewed policy before onboarding paying customers.

What we collect

When you request access, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email, and a description of what you need tracked. Once onboarded, each account ("tenant") stores the records its own staff enters — customer contact details, job/booking data, pipeline stage, and payment ledger entries.

How we use it

We use your information solely to operate your account and communicate with you about it. Each tenant's data is isolated from every other tenant's data. We do not sell your information or share it except as needed to provide the service.

Storage & retention

Data is stored securely so your team can manage and follow up on records. You can ask us to export or delete your account's data at any time.
